untitled13 comes form Dorf’s 2012 body of work titled //_PATH. Throughout the series Dorf explores the proliferation of digital technology and the internet noting that the idea of logging off is no longer an option— rather than pushing against and rejecting the, at the time, newly realized networked culture, the images in //_PATH ask the viewer to consider a harmony between the Digital and non Digital, and to see the two as being cut from the same fabric. This animated version of untitled13 was circulated on the web at the time of the series first exhibition.
